Hockey Helmets

Helmets, at every level, are supposed to be securely strapped under the chin in order to keep it in place. The general rule of thumb is that no more than one or two fingers should fit between the strap and chin. However, only a fraction of players from high school to the NHL actually obey. And to make matters worse, unless it's an egregious violation with a chin strap down by a player's waist, the referees hardly enforce it.
